he's been battling throat cancer since last june and was declared cancer free today!!
FINALLY! something good. can you imagine the weight that would be lifted off your shoulders? can you imagine how insanely good you'd feel after hearing that diagnosis, after thinking that you were about to die for almost a year?!
god! it's just such GREAT FUCKING NEWS!

That is fantastic news. Every time I smoked on your back patio I thought about his cancer, and how stupid it must seem to him to see someone smoking.
I haven't smoked for almost a week now.
Yay for neighbor man! Really good news.
i've also felt guilty every time i've bbq-ed. his wife told me he loves bbq and hasn't been allowed to eat during the sickness. she says they could smell every one of my amazing bbq spreads.
i have plans to bbq some steaks for him and deliver them to his door.
