saw this documentary on the Minutemen, We Jam Econo, last night at friend (P)'s house out by the ocean. it's really great. funny, entertaining, interesting...historical. there is a part i especially enjoyed. thurston moore is describing meeting mike watt and telling stories of how they connected immediately, though obsessively on watt's part, through Seafood and Punk Rock. guy turned to me then and said, "Seafood and Punk Rock. those are your very favorite things!"
i actually feel myself melt a little when i think about how much i love seafood and punk rock. like falling in love.
